When will my Somato arrive?
Somato reformers arrive October 10th, 2025.
Is any assembly required?
The Somato arrives fully assembled and ready to use—no complicated setup required!
How do I stream classes?
Streaming Somato classes is easy with the Somato App, available for $29/month. The Somato app is compatible with iOS and Android tablets, phones, smart TVs, and laptops. You’ll receive a download link for the app when your reformer arrives, giving you access to unlimited on-demand and live classes tailored to your needs.
Why rubber springs instead of metal springs?
The Somato rubber springs are made of high-quality latex and engineered to withstand rigorous use.
Under normal conditions, they’ve been known to last up to 5 years, but to ensure optimal performance and safety, we recommend replacing them every 6 months.
The advantage of our rubber springs is that they’re quieter, lighter, and more environmentally friendly than traditional metal springs. Plus, we’re working on a recycling program so you can easily send your used springs back to us for repurposing into other products, like rubber flooring.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Somato reformer. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy for full details.
Do I need the Somato app to use the reformer?
While the reformer can be used independently, the Somato app is designed to enhance your experience with a variety of workouts, live and on-demand classes, and instructional videos.
Can I use the Somato reformer if I've never done Pilates before?
Of course! The Somato app features beginner-friendly classes and step-by-step guides to help you get started. It’s perfect for anyone new to Pilates or returning after a break.
